Shipping policy

We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible, but within three business days from the date of purchase at the latest, barring extenuating circumstances including but not limited to: sudden or unanticipated reduction of inventory, technological glitch or error, federal holiday, or company emergency.

The customer is not responsible for paying for shipping costs to return an item if requesting a refund. If requesting an exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping of the new set only; List & File will cover the cost of the set being returned. 

Every effort is made to ensure the product reaches you in its original condition; however, we are not responsible for any product loss or damage as a result of poor handling or accident during shipping. Reparation (refund or exchange) for such events will be made on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at info@listandfile.com if your set arrives in unsatisfactory condition and we'll be happy to assist you!
